As our journals become more busy and replicate our busy lives, it is important that we appreciate the value of a glance.
While you are journalling you can speed search anything that is important or urgent by using a code in the margins that will group the tasks and events together so you can find them quicker and easier.
To do this simply find a double page spread early on in your journal and identify your own hieroglyphics that you will use to represent groups.
Then in your weekly and monthly logs you can use this code next to any tasks or events that require it.
